Sold a piece of clothing with a defective zipper would not do an exchange. Did not believe that I purchased it and had to go back and check cameras I waited 45 mins there because employees were scared of him and couldn't help me and he was too busy then when he did help me he told me it was my fault for not reading the receipt even though his employee had told me that if dress did not work out I could exchange it.
