We purchased Easy Living Laminate flooring and carpet from Empire back in February 2009. The price we agreed to at the time the sales person was here did seem high but we were told we would be getting a 30 Year TRANSFERABLE warranty on the flooring. After the supposed to be Empire employees; they were subcontractors, installed and left I realized they never gave the warranty papers. There was a number to call on one of the brochures the sales person gave me to get warranty info. So I called them right away and was told it would be in the mail... read full review »
