August 24th 2009 Discover recieved a charge for 46.98 from Symantec for Norton anti virus update. Since then I have recieved flags on my computer saying that my service has expired. I have tried in vain to get a response. I finally put on a 30 day trial and two days later was reminded that it would be expiring. my # is 1839683575, according to Discover card.
