Ditto to the above complaint. Don't sign up for any "free" offer unless you read every word! I ordered Colon XR for the free sample. I contacted them via website (as directed) to cancel my order. It took them 5 days to before I received a response that the website was not available...by then they had charged my credit card for $78.85 not once but twice!!!
