I recieved a disk that wouldn't work. My computer starting running virus scans. I have been charged $49.86/mth and I'm unable to get a refund. This website and company are complete scams. On the bank statement they are listed as infinate dollar 866-227-6975...the call center that handles the calls is Performance Health which is somehow tied back to Google. The pop up that I order the disk from said nothing about a trial period. I order the disk that didn't work and disregarded it. The site said nothing about charging a $49.86 fee.
