As of 9/15/2009 I have yet to receive the trial product, which is still deducted from my account. And also the 4 bottle additional of $127.00, which has not been refunded. No product was ever received. I contacted the business and was able to speak to someone whom stated the issue would take 3 to 5 working days for the refund to happen. It has not happened, and I am left with no products due to the cancellation, but never had my account credited for the money debited. The number for this company is 800-246-6750.
