I ordered a trial bottle and 3 days after receiving it, my account was charged $83.95 on 9/12/09. There is no time to test this product and I find this to be a deceptive practice. With this product, I also ordered the colon cleanse, which I never received but paid $4.95 for shipping, and was charged another $83.93 for this on 9/14/09. The company is refusing to give me a full refund after speaking to a rep by phone. I also tried to reach the company by email and the system is so backed up that I cannot get my mail delivered.
