I visited this location today - the place is grossly messy and dirty. I have filed complaints with KFC and the Board of Health. My complaint is regarding an online survey - The only rule is lists is that "no purchase necessary". I go to the site - the 1st question is "would you refer this location to a friend or family member" I answer NO! Because I would not - as dirty and messy as it is - well, because I answer NO - it tells me I am not elligable to enter the drawing! THAT is bad service alone!
