I found on my March-April bank statement that I had been charged $34.84 for something I never ordered and charged $1.05 for some kind of fee, both from Carallumma Extreme. I called them ( the phone number was on my online banking statement) right after this and did actually talk to someone. Three times for the next 3 months they promised to put the money back. The last rep I spoke to gave me his name and rep ID number and said he would see to it that it would be taken care of.
