I ordered the trail package for $4.95, I returned it unopened and called to tell them not to send any more. I then received another bottle and was charged $83.95. I returned that bottle unopened. When I called to see about a refund on returned product I was told Suck it up you are not getting your money back. This was by a supervivor Lauren at customer service. read full review »
