I always paid my account on time, was never late and I received a letter telling me my account was cancelled. I called customer service for an explanation, but the person had such a foreign accent he was very hard to understand. He said they had decided to close all accounts. I asked how this was going to appear on my credit report and he stated that they were going to put it as if I had requested the account be closed.
