My daughter went to melting pot with friends for dinner... the steamer had been put on as they were seated and in a matter of minutes..she received a 4 inch long scalding burn on her arm..though the women were told to be careful, they were not told that the steam is immediate!!. they gave her ice and cream to put on it... nothing else...the burn still got infected and she now has a large scar on her arm.. I called to and ttell the manager what had occurred. They sent her a $25 gift certificate... we should have sued instead... read full review »
