I purchase Penn Warranty Corp warranty plan for 2 months, found out that transmission problem, brought to workshop & contacted Penn Warranty (PWC), PWC said i am responsible for tranmission tare down for diagnosis. after diagnosis, claim was approved for only $800.00 where actual bill is $2000, i still have to pay $1, 200!!! in the contract says only used part & labor according to book will be approved. Labor is 12 hours X $75/hr labor should be $900 + used transmission 600 = 1500. but only pay 800!!! lost of car used only... read full review »
