I payed the $1.97 fee to get my packet, which I never opened after realizing it was a Crock of Crap. Then when I tried to cancel and get a refund of the $79.90 they canceled my account and then charged me a second $79.90. When I tried to get them both refunded they told me they couldn't do that due to there "TERMS AND CONDITIONS". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused and kept putting me on hold. read full review »
