Paid citi card the full balance that was printed on their bill last month. Also closed account. Today received a bill for $9.46 that they claim is interest. This is not the first problem I had, and is why the account was paid off in the first place. I guess this is their way of a bail-out by screwing customers $9.46 at a time. read full review »
