I made the mistake of responding to their TV ad. They sent me not only the intro bottle but another whole auto order ($119). That make me mad and I called and cancelled my membership, sent products back at my expense in the first week of November. Well, last week I noticed a charge in my checking account for the amount above and I emailed them. Their customer service was not good.
