Beware anyone that comes to Steuben County Indiana in search if a home: do NOT consider Holiday Woods! you pay your rent to the Enterprises through the person(s) that run the park and they take your money, write you receipts for the rent, maintenance fees, and gas you THINK you are paying and you find out all too late that the money has been applied to any account in any manner that they see fit. My rent there is $205 a month, my maintenance fees are to be $43 a month as they did state in a letter that senior citizens get a $10 discount... read full review »
