I am complaining about the bill I got today for the "Silks" book which I cancelled when I got the first free book. I do not want this book and I do not intend to pay for it. I did not order it. Question: Why doesn't an outfit as big as Reader's Digest have an 8OO number where you can be reached to settles this kind of problem? This last book came marked Free gifts inside, and then when I opened it there was this book I did not order. Please reply so that I know this has been taken care of.
