This is regarding their corporate relations to the consumer. I've been a member with LA Fitness since 2001 and after moving too far away from a suitable center I decided it was time to cancel. First, to my surprise they had my picture associated with another person and yet was billing my credit card, as a result I was unable to sign onto their website and download the cancellation form.
