I contracted with them as they wooed me away from American Home Shield by a better fee and promised to be as good. They are a TOTAL SCAM. I even paid for the optional pool and spa coverage for an additional fee. They came to my home for the $45.00 fee and which was paid and later told me I wasn't covered for above ground spas as per contract. I never saw the contract as they billed me on the phone.
