We had a new Dacor cook top installed on 3/31/08 with five known major defects. The installer, recommended by CBD Family Appliances(CBD), contacted CBD and they allowed the istallation to proceed. CBD told us the cook top needed to be evaluated first and told us to contact them and the evaluation was completed on April 3. They confirmed that one burner linkage did not connect to anything, two other burners were defective, the grate wobbled, and the top was bent.
