We contacted Smartway Appliance to see if they could fix the softener dispenser on our Maytag washer. The serviceman came to our home, concluded that the dispenser tray was defective and we paid the man to order another part for us. The price they charged for the part was quite high, but agreed anyway. It was suppose to be a week before the part would arrive. After two weeks, we called and we were told the part was back ordered.
