In January 2009 I noticed that my interest rate had increased from 9.95 To 21.99.% I called the customer service dept. And was told that I had until 02202009 to opt out our I had to accept the increase or close the account. Their story is that I was sent a statement in 10 2009 about the proposed increase. The notice did not come to this address or I would have closed the account immediately. I spoke with a cs representative And was advised to close the account now to avoid further increases.
