We were dissatisfied with Sales Represenatives and company procedures. Problem date was 9-3-09 to 9-15-09. Purchase date 9-3-09 and 9-9-09. Traded in a 2008 Ford Focus S. Purchased a 2004 F-150 Crew Cab. We did not like the way that Perry L Sherman, sales represenative, conducted business.
