This year my house was foreclosed on May 6, 2008. I realize I'm among thousands of people that this happened to, but in my situation, I had a contract to sell my house a week before it went into auction. I kept close ties with Wells Fargo Bank, and informed the Bank of my plans to sell and avoid foreclosure of which the real estate agent and I have proof of documentation of faxes sent to Wells Fargo Bank and their lawyers in regards to this sale.
