Consumers BEWARE of Bank of America. They have managed to find a way of duping probably millions of "Americans" through their shady tactics. Their system is set up purposely to confuse and mislead the individual(s) trying to manage their accounts and therefore making it extremely easy to incur late charges and subsequent finance charges as well. After giving them multiple chances to redeem themselves, I have finally decided to cancel my accounts, and will NEVER AGAIN do business with them.
