According to them I went over my credit line with $9.00 and was charged a $35.00 overlimit fee. No matter how many times I ask them to find where I went over on that overlimit they can only tell me that I went over and there is nothing they can do about it. I then told them I was going to go go ahead and payoff this account by paying them in full the balance of $1, 144.19 including the $35.00 overlimit fee and ask them to cancel and close this account immediately.
