Company claims they buy phone access from Verizon and re-sell it at a lower rate to save consumers money. What they actually do is reduce per line access charge by a couple of dollars and then add undisclosed service charges to make the total bill higher than it would have been from Verizon. I have attempted to modify service plan multiple times and found that they wont honor verbal agreements. E-mails sent to customer service are kicked back as spam and messages left for management go un-returned. read full review »
