Well, where to begin. I am going to preface this complaint by saying that the only reason I can think of for the shoddy unprofessional customer service is the fact that they must be going out of business. Probably they were told to hold on to any refunds. I have talked to many people, so-called supervisors, csr's, sent dozens of emails, etc, all to no avail.
