There has been a 19.99 charge on my credit card for the last 3 months. It could be legitimate, and I've forgotten what I ordered (3 charges of that nature would have to be a gift for several others). However, I have called several times to try to find what magazine subscription, etc., and still not learned what I am paying for. No matter whether or not I call during the hours stated on the message on the answering machine, there is never an answer and they have never returned my call.
