RED FLAG ALERT!!! I had grassestimate.com, owner Perry Gregg aka Lucius Perry Gregg III, install an artificial lawn in November 2008. The installation did not follow industry standards and gudelines. a) insufficient and wrong size base rock, b) insufficient and smaller than recommended nails, c) wrong type of adhesive, d) insufficient sand infill, and e) a failure to cap sprinkler heads.
