I've had a bad involvement with this company. They did not identify themselves when I received a phone call telling me that I did not make payment in December 2008 due to a loan I took out, and were taking me to court the next day (which was the day after the Labor Day Holiday) they said I would need a lawyer on Tuesday. 11:am if I did not make payment of this "said" loan.
