Haverty Furniture in Ft. Myers is not to be believed. I had a credit balance of over $100 which was verified by one of the sales managers. When I tried to use it at a later date I was told I had none and the sales manager didnt know how to read the information off the computer. I told them I have a invoice with a credit balance on it. They gave me another story about how corporate does that but its not so in my case. Of course, I never received anything from corporate that I no longer had a credit. These people at least at the Ft. Myers store are thieves. Avoid at all costs. read full review »
