Even i have an issue where in i have taken a car loan from ICICI bank. and while taking it they communicated a to me that 10.5% would be the interest rate(flat). And the loan amount they have given to me was Rs225000. i also confirmed with them that there were no other charges apart from those. As after getting the loan approved i didn't receive any documents from them, i called up the customer care and requested a copy of the loan agreement and the cover note. where in after a month i have received the loan agreement but never received... read full review »
