I could not believe that AT&T would allow this BOGUS Orbit Telecom to include on my September 2009 Landline telephone bill for what they call Enhanced Billing Services Charge ($14.95 +Tax a month) which I never heard of and NEVER SUBSCRIBED. I have a suspiscion that AT&T has something to do with this SCAM. Even though I have spoken on the phone to both companies which both promised me that they would remove the charge, I would pursue this case and present it to CPUC for further investigation.
