I received the trial bottle yesterday 9-15 and was charged 88.64 on my account yesterday. I have had no chance to even try this product and am charged for next months supply. I order the trial on 9-2 according to your customer service person today is 9-16 she stated that I didn"t cancel this in 14 days, today is the 14th day. She would not refund my money and said I had to go to email at Billing@AcaiBerry Tropic.com to get this done she did not have the authority. This is just not right!!!
