Nutra Formulations offers a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied with the results after consuming the product for 30 days. I contacted their support rep and followed her instructions completely. I returned the remaining product along with the empty container on June 19. Their warehouse acknowledges receiving the return on July 8. I have contacted Nutra Formulations three times inquiring as to the status of my refund.
