Long story short Directv took $1300 out of my checking account for early termination fee plus cost of receivers. The service was not being canceled.I was then told it would take up to 30 days to get my refund of which they did not process correctly twice. After getting tired of talking to a call center of which all of their customer service centers are, with people that can' t really do anything to help.
