I went to one of my local Kroger’s a few weeks ago on a Sunday to do some shopping with my kids. While we were shopping it started to pour down rain. I had my kids wait with the cart while I went to get my car in the pouring rain. When I got to my car there was a shopping cart sitting in the middle of a large dent on my back qtr panel. I filed a complaint with Kroger and of course they say they cannot control what people do and it was not their employees.
