3 months ago I had my lenses replaced; I have not been able to wear them because the bifocal is too high. The store person said that the lense was measured incorrectly, but I would have to pay for the replacement (under warrantee) because it had been more than 30 days. Sometimes it takes time to get used to glasses, I noticed that the bifocal line cuts right across the center of my eye the store personnel agreed and remeasured. 30 days? What about the "we're not happy until you are" poster posted in the store? I should be given a $30 dollar coupon to pay for the lense replacement. read full review »
