I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots for my daughters for Christmas. When they went to try them on Christmas morning they couldn't even get their feet in them. These boots were a size bigger than their other Uggs boots that fit them. I tried to call, email and fax this company, but heard nothing back. I didn't want the window for returning them to go by, so I overnighted the boots back to them, they received them and I have still heard nothing! So now I have no boots (even though they were fake) and no refund! HELP read full review »
