I had an unpleasant experience with a JCPenney cashier at 7007 Friars Road San Diego, California 92108 (Fashion valley mall) .I had an egiftcard (electronic partner certificate) from Discover as part of their cahback bonus program for $50 which could be used either online or in any of their stores.It had a 16 digit code and pin that a cashier was required to enter while processing the order.Firstly, that old cashier lady looked at the piece of paper in disbelief saying she's never seen anything like this before and refused to believe... read full review »
