Palco telecom is the authorized repair service for NOKIa. they fail to do anything but send defective phones back. 1 sent my original phone in and all they did was a reset (must of took them 2 mins to do if that). after i contacted NOKIa they told me the phone would be fixed this time so ont here word i sent back the phone and they than determined they couldn't fix the phone and sent a replacement (why they failed to notice this the first time is a mystery). replacement phone same problem, got sent back another replacement phone... read full review »
