I would like to report my problem with your company in Greece. Since July, i' ve contact with Miele in Greece about the broken crystal of my oven. The telephone center though it was supposed to service on Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00. Till 13:00 no one answered the phone and every time i called they hanged it up. At last at 13:00 someone answered. They refused to tell me how much the broken glass costs. How am i supposed to know if it is in my best interest to fix the broken glass or to buy a new oven?
