I paid almost $2000 for a 5000 series king size Select Comfort bed about 10 years ago. I was told repeatedly that it was a good investment because of their 20 year warranty. Well yesterday the pump failed and my bed deflated - flat. Select Comfort so called "customer service" was happy to inform me that their "limited warranty" covered 50% of the cost to replace the pump.
