On 14 sep 2009 17:50-18:14 HK PCCW technical support group can't get solve to my cell phone about "packet data not available". After several repeated unsuccessful attempt showing no help. Those was all wasting my air time and batt for my next call. Techical Support Manager Roger Choi and his sub-ordinate was seeking time wasting tactic to avoid their lack of knowledge for the snag.
