Would not honor written warranty. Upon inspection and half repair, White Seal Roofing's employee stated it was the same spot repaired prior. Although aware his employee had already reported this to me, the owner Robert Ethridge -- with information transmitted through his rude and ignorant receptionist -- as he altogether refused to discuss it directly with me according to her -- then claimed it was a different spot, stated the job would be left half done and hung up on me.
