I bought a Gateway M2404U Notebook Lap Top from HSN last year and have recently discovered that it wont print. I've tried connecting several brands of printers to it and nothing happens. I spent at least 15 hours and hundreds of dollars on their tech help site, spent money on recovery software because it was discovered that the computer also would not format or burn discs and thus, I could not download them off their site.
