While trying to download anything from itunes, connection slows from 3mbps service payed for to below 500kbps. After calling and explaining this happened when downloading from iTunes, I was told to check my cable and try another one etc. This had no effect. I was not informed about internet shaping, I guess it was kinda discovered myself. No point using itunes and Internet with slow connection.
