Hello, I purchased a Montel Healthmaster this summer, the carafe stuck on the base, and I mean stuck! The people in customer service and I use that term loosley) have been giving me the runaround since mid august, they were going to send a shipper tag, then they had no record of receiving the returned machine which I paid to return but I had the tracking information and the name of the person who signed for it!
